Our customers are different.  They do NOT want to be like everyone else.  They are discriminating and definitely do not want their home to look and feel like the house next door.  They understand that in a well designed home, open spaces flow into another, yet somehow everyone and everything still manages to have its own special place.  However, our customers also live in today's hectic world and completely appreciate that time is our most precious commodity.  So to meet their needs, Whitehall Building & Company has developed a stress free and fun process that enables a customer to completely design and plan a custom home from start to finish in less than 45 days.  We do this with Flexible Designs, Standardized Pricing and Streamlined Selections.

We have literally NEVER built the same home twice.  By allowing our customers the flexibility to make design changes, we help create spaces that capture family moments for generations to come.

Flexible Designs
Starting with one of our home plans is always the best and most efficient way to design your new home.  However, if you have a plan you love more, please share and we will work with you and our CAD company to draft and craft it into your dream home.  Over the years we have found that no two customers live the same exact way. so please think of any plan as just a starting point.  Let's work together to make spaces the most efficient, ultimately creating a home just for you and your family.

Standardized Pricing
Once we have completed and you have approved the floor plan and elevation of your new home, we will provide you a a  Base Price that is tied to our standard set of specs.   We will provide you a copy of these specs so that you can review and start thinking about what you might  change during the selections process.  Once you have completed this task, we will provide you a list of our Standard Options pricing.  This a spreadsheet of available standard options that have been very popular with others in the past. If you review these options and do not see something that you had in mind, we do offer a Custom Pricing Request Program.   Once you review these documents, you should have a general idea of what the cost your home will be and then you will go to contract on the Base price of your home​

Streamlined Selections
Once you have gone to contract and signed off on your floor plans and elevations, you will start the selections process. This will be the time you make decisions on appliances, electric/plumbing fixtures, interior trim and hardware.  You will also visit showrooms for flooring, cabinets and granite/marble.  These are all single source vendors that supply design services, labor and material.  All of our contractors must provide a warranty for their work and will NOT use customer supplied materials.  We know there are items you can sometimes find cheaper on Amazon.  However, we can not and will not substitute.
