Doug founded Whitehall in 2014 with a vision of combining the systems and processes of a large scale production builder with the flexibility and creativity required for custom homes. With Doug's guidance, Whitehall's unique business model has allowed them to become the market leader.
Nicholas Cavaselis
Business Development
Nick's long standing relationships with the subcontractor community has allowed  Whitehall to obtain economies of scale while capitalizing on  consistent and quality workmanship. Nick's creation of Whitehall's quick pay policy of less than 1 week has built a solid and loyal base of contractors who have been in the Whitehall family since inception.
Pam Korvin
Operations Coordinator
As the customer's biggest ally, Pam coordinates every step of the process with the various team members.  Her rapid responses and attention to details ensures Whitehall's homes come together smoothly; delivering quality and peace of mind for our customers from start to finish.
Laura Elliott
Customer Relations Manager
As the dedicated point of contact Laura guides customers through the home building process with clear communication and personalized support. From designs and selections, to all through construction, she addresses questions, resolves concerns and ensures visions are realized.

Business Development
Tim's marketing and Sales background promotes a customer focused design and build process. His ties to the local Realtor and Engineering community has allowed Whitehall to reach more customers and provide a greater service offering.
Dave Steeley
Design Review & Bidding Coordinator
Equipped with 30 plus years of building experience in his tool box and a Design degree from the University of Maryland, Dave reviews and critiques all construction plans for efficiencies in space, design, and structural/mechanical considerations.  Once all plans and selection are complete Dave then coordinates and assembles all build packages for the suppliers, subcontractors and Whitehall's production team.
Christian Sump
Production Manager
From foundation to move-in day, Christian is responsible for the construction of every Whitehall home. By coordinating company-wide workflow and constant review of quality standards, Christian works every day to ensure Whitehall delivers a quality product in a timely manner.
Brendon Gordon
Site Manager
Brendon oversees the construction process, coordinating workers, materials and schedules to ensure the home is built on time and to specs while meeting Whitehall's standards.  His gentle nature and almost Godly strength often become a needed asset during the construction cycle.
Chris Denardi
Quality Control Manager
Chris's weekly inspections of all active jobs sites demonstrates Whitehall's commitment to quality.  By identifying and addressing defects, verifying the proper use of materials and techniques, and collaborating with site managers and crews, he ensures our final product meets our standards.
