WBC will work with you and your realtor to find and review your next building site/tear down. We provide a complimentary Site Assessment to determine what can be built. This will save the time and money needed to hire a professional engineer.

WBC will create concept house plans based upon your needs and desires. Pricing will be provided upon approval of plans and is based upon standard materials and selections that can be viewed in our model home.

Your new home is a one-of-a-kind, but the process does not need to be created from scratch. Our standardized contract is simple to comprehend and fully contingent on your final approval of all plans, specs and finishes.

Permits are processed simultaneously while you are selecting the finishes of your new home. WBC provides a curated, streamlined selection process that starts with some of the best products and finishes. Additionally, we can provide design services should you need assistance and reassurance that your final finish schedule works well together.

WBC uses a 9-month construction schedule to complete your new home.
